Have YOU ever had one of those days where you just can’t be bothered to workout?

You know you should but you just can’t seem to get up and actually do it!

I used to have days like this all the time.

The truth is that it’s not a problem with you it’s a problem with your workout.

A lot of guys workout for hours on end and just can’t seem to get the results they want or deserve.

This leaves them feeling tired and depleted.

But don’t worry because I’ve got your back.

I created this website to share my knowledge of health and fitness and self improvement for men.

On my 19th birthday my parents bought me a set of dumbbells.

I still remember pulling them out of the box and wondering what the hell I was going to do with them!

I still have them to this day.

For the first year or so I was a complete noob and the way I was using those weights it’s amazing I didn’t give myself an injury.

But gradually I started to learn and I started doing things right.

It felt amazing to do a proper workout and feel the burn.

I’d get a pump and know I was doing things right.

The endorphins and that after workout high became addictive to me.

But after a few years I reached a plateau and that’s when I realized there was a better way to workout called 5×5 or 5 sets of 5.

These workout are shorter but even more effective so get great results without wearing yourself out!

And that’s when I started this blog to share what I’ve learned.

When I’m not working or exercising my favorite thing to do is absolutely nothing and I’m really good at it.

I’m a pretty big MMA fan too and have been watching it ever since the days of PRIDE.

My favorite fighter of all time is probably Fedor.

So what will I be writing about on this website apart from bodybuilding?

Well apart from bodybuilding I’ll pretty much be posting articles about all areas of self improvement for men.

Oh yeah and I almost forgot. I’m now a big believer in healthy eating and the Keto diet.

Keto is when you get at least 75% of your diet from fats and less than 10% from carbs.

It started off rough at the beginning but now that I’ve gotten into it I’m starting to feel much more energetic and healthy.

Since I started taking them I’ve been feeling great.
